Historically, as a means to manage our private properties we started with Residential Inventory Solutions, having previously completed these manually for a number of years (protecting the assets in the homes of our tenants), ensuring all parties had a record to fall back on. We grew this to establish a commercial property development service.

Our main and initial business supported Independent Letting Agents across the North of England, supporting them to protect their clients assets.

We’ve recently recognised a changing market, clients are seeking more services with a wider capability to invest in, develop and manage their properties. Therefore in we are adding additional services to our business, opening our services up to Private Investors, Developers & Landlords. Supporting with some online property management services to meet the needs of the marketplace.

We are experienced in the financial aspects of property development, we utilise digital detailed photography, floor-plans, virtual tours and service & maintenance, all wrapped up in project management.
